Kick Out Cold & Flu formula
This simple formula is similar to the Chinese formula Yin Qiao in that if you start taking it right when you feel a little under the weather and keep taking it until you feel better it can prevent a cold from taking hold. We have tested this formula with many clients over the years and had great success with it. If a cold does take hold it can be taken throughout the day along with lots of water to clear the cold out quickly.
Cold & Flu onset: 1 Dropper 3xs/day or as feel is needed. Can be taken along with the Anti Virus formula
Caution: this formula is not for symptoms showing extreme chills and aversion to cold. For symptoms presenting chills and aversion to cold contact Atitlan Herbals for a different formula.
Elderberry – Prophylactic against colds and flus, antiviral, protects ace2 receptors, promotes T cells
Vervain – Release the exterior, promote sweat, reduce fever, stop cough, clear phlegm heat
