SHIPPING IN USA
Orders placed with Banda Bags generally ship next day. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Florida.

If for any reason your order is delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or other issues– we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, please notify Banda Bags Customer Service bandababes@bandabags.com as early as possible.
Banda Bags is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address, we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. For domestic orders, if you never receive your package and it says it was delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.

Orders placed with Banda Bags generally ship within 1 business day. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day while orders placed after 2pm EST will be mostly shipped the following working day. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship Internationally to many countries. Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Banda Bags is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are not included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at the time of delivery.
Banda Bags abides by all national and international laws. We do not pay customs duties or VAT on any product purchased through our website. These charges are not included in the price of our products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to find out the laws in your own country and to pay all customs charges, duties, or VAT. We will not falsify customs documents either.
Refusal to Pay Duties or Applicable Taxes: In the event that a customer refuses to pay the required duties or applicable taxes assessed by their country at the time of delivery, Banda Bags is prepared to refund the purchase price of the ordered products. However, it is important to note that the shipping costs are not refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that customers are aware of their responsibilities regarding the acceptance and payment of international shipments. By making a purchase, customers agree to this condition related to the refund of shipping costs in cases of refusal to pay duties or applicable taxes.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Return is available for product exchange (customer’s request) and defective products. See below for instructions.
All return requests must be made within 3 (three) days of product arrival. Please notify us by email at bandababes@bandabags.com to confirm your privileges.
Items must be returned in a new/unused condition and packed in its original packaging complete with all its content.
Return does not apply to Sample Sale.
Banda Bag reserves the right to refuse a return or refund request if it does not comply with our policy.
ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE ( Customer’s request)
Send an exchange request via email to bandababes@bandabags.com to confirm replacement availability.
Customer is required to return the item to our warehouse at his/her own expense.
Return address will be provided upon approval along with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which is to be attached on returned package. Only packages with RMA labels will be processed or otherwise returned to sender at his/her expense.
Customer is also required to include a prepaid shipping label for replacement shipment.
Banda Bags is not to be held responsible for any damage or loss of product in transit back to us. In the event of damaged item during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Exchanges may be made on items of different pricing. Refund or additional payment will be calculated accordingly.

Be sure to attach pictures of defects as proof.
A prepaid return label will be provided by Banda Bags.
Exchange will be reshipped once return has been received from customer. Shipping fee is covered by Banda Bags.
Exchanges may be made on items of different pricing. Refund or additional payment will be calculated accordingly.
